This Spring 2008 issue of "Last Word" begins our second year of as a quarterly online newsletter. Perceptive regular readers might notice that the last issue was Fall 2007. There was no issue in between -- since we are emailing this issue near the beginning of Spring, we skipped a "season" in our sequence.
