 |  Position: Factory Sales Representative, Saw Division  Job Description • Develop, maintain, and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distribution channels in your territory
• Work with distributors to call on key accounts and identify testing opportunities
• Specify correct saw products and work with all levels of personnel within the target companies to have the most successful testing result possible
• Hold sales meetings for distributors to introduce them to changes to existing products or new product offerings, and train them accordingly
• Maintain a strong understanding of your competitive advantages and disadvantages while constantly working to replace your competitor's products with yours, and maintain your existing accounts by keeping your competitors out.
Requirements: • Worked in a manufacturing environment for at least 5 years
• Strong technical/mechanical aptitude
• Be thick skinned and be able to deal with rejection
• Either worked with or for a distribution company
• Strong work ethic
• Enjoy working with your hands and getting your hands dirty
• Strong computer skills
Pluses: • College degree
