Claims
When goods are sold and delivered to the carrier, title transfers automatically to the buyer. If goods are lost in transit, however, we will make every reasonable effort to trace shipment through the carrier. Lost shipment claims in North America must be made within 15 days from date of invoice; all others within 90 days from date of invoice.
