Compression Plate for Foam, 6mm holes at 20mm spacing, 400mm

The Starrett PLATEN-36LA Series are anodized aluminum platens specifically designed for foam testing. The platens are square with holes in a grid pattern that allow air to escape as the foam is compressed during a test. 6mm hole diameters are placed every 20mm. This platen has a 400x400mm surface area. One platen is supplied. Use with twin column machines only.
